Policies

We collect the minimum needed to run the academy safely:

• Your child’s details (name, date of birth, medical notes), your contact and emergency details, and enrolment/payment records.
• Payment card details never touch our servers — they’re handled by Stripe, the payment processor.
• Your data stays on servers in Australia, and is never sold or shared — except with the providers that make this work (Stripe for payments).

You can ask to see, correct or delete your family’s record at any time by emailing admin@downsacademy.com.au.
